FUE hair transplant; It is the process of removing hair follicles (grafts) containing healthy hair follicles from the hairy area between the two ears and above the ears, called the donor area, one by one, with the help of a micro motor and transplanting them to the balding area. When the FUE technique is applied correctly, it does not leave a permanent scar in the area where the hair follicle is taken. Since it is performed with local anesthesia, it is a painless procedure and takes an average of 6-8 hours.
FUE hair transplantation is performed in 4 stages.
Preparation Phase
In order for the procedure to be performed, the intake area is first anesthetized with local anesthesia. In our clinic, local anesthesia is performed under the skin with a needle-free device, under pressure, and our patients do not feel the pain of needles. After local anesthesia, hair follicles are taken with the help of micro motor. The structure of the hair follicle varies from person to person, and personalized punches are used according to the size of the root. The better the hair graft quality of the person to be transplanted, the better the success of the procedure. The collection of hair follicles varies according to the number of grafts and is completed in an average of 2 to 4 hours.
Personalized channels are opened according to the size of the hair follicles in the area where the transplantation will be performed. Channels are made with the help of diamond-tipped blades. The success of hair transplantation is related to the directions and depth of the channels opened. Since the human head is not straight, channels cannot be opened at the same angle and depth in every region. Channels are opened according to the natural angle and appearance of the hair according to the condition of the area to be transplanted. The key to naturalness in hair transplantation is the correct opening of the channels.
